Gummy Bear Rainbow Card

Hey There!

Gummy Bears Colored in a Rainbow on from of card

I’m part of a Facebook group that is filled with people who adore Lawn Fawn stamps. They issued a challenge to create a rainbow themed card. This is my contribution!

The second I ordered this little Germ Free Bear Lawn Fawn stamp set I know he needed to be turned into gummy bears. This challenge was a perfect time to do that.

They were colored using Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Brish Markers and a white gel pen. The rainbow stripe frame is also from Lawn Fawn.

Here is a close up of this yummy gummy!

I’ve colored two more sets of rainbow gummy bears because they were so much fun. I’m not sure what I’ll make out of them!

Thanks so much for visiting my little corner of the internet.

Glittery Betta Fish Card

Hey There!

Glitter Covered Blue Betta Fish infront of seaweed on card

Ages ago I colored and embossed this little guy and never have him a proper home on a card. He actually has a purple brother who is waiting for a home now!

This betta is part of a layered stamp set from Hero Arts. For this particular image I only used the base outline stamp and colored it in using Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Brush Markers instead of using all the layered stamps. The glitter embossing was done using top most layer stamp.

Here is a close look at his handsome guy!

Fun Cacti Family

Hey There!

Cacti representing family members made with Pawsome Stamps

This might possibly be one of my most favorite little projects.

This measure 4×6, so I framed it and it sits in our family room.

I used stamps from the new company Pawsome Stamps to create this representation of my little family with their cacti stamps. Each of us has our own little cactus “self”.

I used Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Markers to color each of these. I’ve said it before, and here I am saying it again, I do love these markers!

The names were stamped using Close to My Heart’s Tiny Type stamp set.

I also want to share this fun little silhouette card I made using the same stamp set.

Cacti silhouette in front of sunset colors in circle cut outs on card.

I’d love to see you come visit me on Instagram, that is where I do most of my posting right now!

Butterfly Cards

Hey There!

Intricate cut butterfly shaped card.

I’ve got two cards to share with you real quick today.

I recently received the Close to My Heart You are Enough bundle that includes an amazing layered butterfly thin cut die.

I used that die to make these two cards. The first card is actually butterfly shaped.

I placed the solid butterfly thin cut die on a folded piece of paper with part of the wing just off the paper so the fold wouldn’t get cut.

I just use some old CTMH paper in my stash to cut out the three butterfly layers and create this colorful card.

The next card is a take on my Tea Party 3D Interactive Tag Card.

Layered Butterfly Fun Fold card.

This was made exactly the same way, except I created this layered butterfly instead of the tea party tag.

This paper is also an old collection from my CTMH stash.

Besties Card

Hey There!

Card featuring two girls as besties with flowers.

I’m just stopping by really quick to share this “Besties” card. These two girls were inspired by my daughter and her best friend.

The girls are from the “Besties” collection by Close to My Heart. They have several stamps sets featuring different girls and their hobbies. The flowers are also from Close to My Heart as part of the Daisy Meadows collection.

I used the CTMH Circle Shaker Thin Cuts to die cut the circle the girls are standing in.

Everything is colored with Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Brush Markers.
